a) your name
and the date at the top
b) the daily
outline
c) details
of any announcements made in class
d) a list of the day’s reading assignments (with full author name,
title, and date of publication)
e) a detailed summary of
our discussions (e.g., “Student A argued that Author X thinks blah. B agreed
that Author X thinks blah, but critiqued X’s position on Y.”)
f) notations
of any specific passages from the readings that we discussed
g) any
charts or other aids discussed in class
h) any
preview materials for the following class
